Physical Printed & Shipped Books:
Can I change the name on my order after I have already purchased it?
Please double and triple check the name you submit into the form on the order page and while at checkout to be sure all spelling is correct. Since we prepare your child's name and submit the personalized book for printing within 24–48 hours of receiving your order, we are unable to change the name in your book after you have purchased it. If you have any doubts or questions about submitting your custom name, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you accept returns?
All custom and made- to-order products are final. We are unable to accept returns on these items due to their customized nature. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally in the USA and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Digital Printable Downloads:
What is a Digital Printable Product?
Our Digital Printable items are digital files (Most often PDF or JPEG files) that you may download to your computer, smart phone, or tablet. You may print these files for your own personal use or printed as part of a physical gift. NO physical product will be sent to you by Post Mail. You must print out the files for your personal use only. You MAY NOT share the file with anyone for personal or commercial use. A single non-exclusive and non-transferable license is included with your digital product order and is to be used by the customer who purchased it only.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of digital downloadable files, we are unable to accept returns.
When will I get my order?
Once you place an order for a Digital Download product, you will receive an automated email with a link to access your purchased digital file(s). You may also see a "Download" button on your completed checkout page once your payment has been processed. For digital download product orders, no physical items will be sent to you by post mail.

How do I download my Digital Printable files?
When your order is processed, a clickable button will appear on the completed checkout page that says, "Download". You can download your digital purchase from there and save it to your computer, smart phone, or other digital device. You should also receive an email with a link that you can click that will take you to your download page. If you have any difficulties with downloading your digital product order, please contact us below.
