Welcome to Rumple Junction. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Golliher and Starner LLC, doing business as Rumple Junction.
Rumple Junction operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services provided to customers. Rumple Junction is powered by Shopify.

2. Our Products
Rumple Junction offers personalized children’s books made to order for individual children.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our books. Colors, appearance, scale, and printed details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to device settings, printing, and normal production variation.
Product descriptions, availability, and other details may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities or availability by person, region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.
3. Personalized Orders
Each Rumple Junction book is made to order using the name, photos, and other personalization details you provide.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalization details, including spelling.
By submitting a child’s photo, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission to provide the image, and that you have the right to share it with us.
You grant Rumple Junction a limited license to use the photos and personalization details you submit solely for the purpose of creating, producing, and delivering your order.
Cartoon avatars and illustrations are artistic representations inspired by the photos you provide and are not intended to be exact likenesses.
We do not send a preview before printing. Your book is printed using the information submitted with your order.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase from Rumple Junction. We may accept or decline an order as permitted by law.
Payment must be successfully received and processed before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because every book is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are placed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all names, spellings, photos, shipping details, and other information entered at checkout. Purchases are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Billing
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is placed.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping charges.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment and billing information and to update that information when necessary.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Rumple Junction currently ships within the United States only.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, production constraints, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property
Content made available through Rumple Junction, including trademarks, branding, characters, story text, illustrations, images, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, is owned by or licensed to Rumple Junction, Golliher and Starner LLC, or applicable licensors and may be protected by intellectual-property law.
Personalized books purchased from Rumple Junction are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit copies of our stories, artwork, illustrations, or other protected content without written permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Our website may provide access to tools, features, or services supplied by third parties.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to the applicable third-party terms.
We do not control or endorse third-party tools unless expressly stated.

10. Relationship With Shopify
Rumple Junction is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Golliher and Starner LLC, doing business as Rumple Junction.
Shopify is not the seller of Rumple Junction products except as separately provided under Shopify’s own services or terms.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through our services, including children’s names and photos submitted for personalization, is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, produce products, and fulfill orders.
12. Feedback and Reviews
If you submit feedback, reviews, ideas, suggestions, photographs, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display submitted feedback for operating, improving, and promoting Rumple Junction.
We will not publish a child’s photo or name from a review without written permission.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, govern your use of the services.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent where legally permitted.
We may assign our rights and obligations as permitted by law.
